Welcome to my website. My name is Sheila Dixon, but you'd probably guessed that already! On this site you will find details of some of the talks that I offer, in fact you may have found your way here because you've attended one of them. They have been well received by many different audiences, some of whom have described them as amusing and entertaining, as well as interesting and informative. I am based near Hull (England) and can travel to most parts of Yorkshire and northern Lincolnshire.
This site is very much a work in progress and will eventually incorporate other sections eg details of my personal family history, other research services I can offer and anything else that I decide to include.
