Researching Titanic's Yorkshire Connections
Back in 2012, there was huge media interest in the centenary of the Titanic sinking. As an "expert" (their description, not mine), I was invited to take part in some local TV and radio programmes. Most seem to have now sunk without a trace (pun intended) but this is a short clip of me talking "Titanic" on Yorkshire TV's Calendar. It begins by showing Kate Winslet and my bit starts 2 and a half minutes into the clip.
Details of my genealogical research service, ranging from a simple lookup in a local archives (Hull, Beverley, York, Lincoln) to an in-depth investigation of your ancestry.
I can also offer a photographic service, taking images of the buildings associated with your family, churches graves etc.
I also aim to include information about my personal family history which I've been researching for 40 years.
